DAY OF RAW FOOD – RECIPES AND SHOPPING LIST
1. Morning juice – detox, liver flush
2. Smoothie
3. Lunch – stuffed peppers and tomatoes with lettuce
4. Dinner – Peach pudding, Vegetables with sunflower seeds’ dip
Shopping list
Juice – carrots (5-6), red beets (1-2), cucumber (1/2 – 1)
Smoothie – banana (1-2), blueberries (1cup), cacao powder
Stuffed peppers and tomatoes with lettuce – mix of seeds (sunflower and black sesame – but can be replaced with other varieties, about ½ cup), couple of tomatoes and/or peppers) preferably mini-peppers, lettuce, garlic, onion – preferably young with green stems, avocado, herb – parsley – optional
Peach pudding – peaches (1-2 cups), cashews (1/2-1cup), honey, lemon juice, coconut butter or coconut oil, stevia – optional
Vegetables with sunflower seeds’ dip – your choice of vegetables (cucumber, carrots, peppers, cauliflower etc.), sunflower seeds (2 cups), lemon, garlic, salt, turmeric
We will have a great day of raw food eating and NOT cooking together this Wednesday, May 22, 2019.
