- 20 Brussel sprouts quartered
- ¼ cup Mediterranean Dressing
MEDITERRANEAN DRESSING
- 1 clove garlic, pressed
- 1 tablespoon (TBS) fresh lemon juice
- 3 TBS extra virgin olive oil
- to taste Himalayan pink salt and ground black pepper
